League rules
Berlin Blue Jays play under South Jersey MABL/MSBL rules rather than any code of their own. The league sets playing rules, eligibility and discipline centrally.
The rules sit under a Forms menu with the waivers, which is where documents go to be ignored.
Rules that live three clicks from the schedule get read by nobody, and High Cheese puts them together.
