The venue's rules, not the game's
The site carries a Park Policies page under its Complex menu -- the conduct, alcohol, parking and facility rules a commercial ground imposes on everyone who uses it, youth and adult alike.
No playing rulebook is published for the adult league: nothing on bats, ages, roster limits, game length, courtesy runners or pitching restrictions.
A rulebook belongs beside the fixture it governs. A High Cheese league page keeps the league's own rules at the league's own address, separately from the landlord's conditions of entry.
