Who runs the Tar Heels
The Rochester Baseball League publishes no officers for Tar Heels. Who manages the club is known to its players and to nobody else.
The Tar Heels finished 19-5 in the AAA division of the Rochester Baseball League.
A club's manager is named once a year, in the champions table, and only if the club won.
The person who knows everything about the Tar Heels will stop turning up eventually, and naming the officers on High Cheese takes a minute before that happens.
