The Tar Heels results
The Tar Heels scored 187 runs and allowed 67 across 24 games, which the Rochester Baseball League publishes as two columns of a standings table and nowhere as a list of games.
That is 7.8 runs a game while allowing 2.8.
Runs for and runs against are the only game numbers the league carries forward into a season total.
A result entered into a league platform after the fact is a result nobody reads that night, and High Cheese takes it off the scorecard as the game is kept.
