A Hall of Fame, and no way in
The league keeps a Hall of Fame as a top-level item in its navigation, alongside standings, schedule and rules -- so it honours people formally, has done for long enough to have a list, and considers it important enough to sit next to the schedule.
Its contents are not readable from outside.
The other history the league publishes is the seasons column on its team list, which shows a core of clubs fourteen years deep and a steady arrival of new ones.
A Hall of Fame on a High Cheese league page is a set of pages -- one per inductee, findable by name, attached to the seasons they played. Behind a login it is a menu item.
