Facebook, officially
The league keeps a contact section, and the news item it has chosen to leave standing on its front page is about its Facebook presence -- asking people to like and follow it and, notably, to post any baseball-related photographs they have.
That last part is a league asking its members to build its own archive for it, on somebody else's platform.
No officer is named publicly.
A High Cheese league page gives a league a front door of its own with contacts that route, and keeps the photographs attached to the seasons and clubs they came from rather than in a social feed.
