Five towns, one Sunday
The PAMBL runs out of Harrisburg with five clubs named for the boroughs and townships they come from: the Chambersburg Brewers, the East Hanover Diamondbacks, the Enola Yankees, the Lower Allen Dodgers and the Mont Alto Athletics. They play doubleheaders on Sundays at one o'clock and half past three, so a team's whole week is one afternoon.
The league's shape has changed a lot in seventeen years and its own archive records every version: East and West divisions in 2010 and 2011, separate playoff brackets for each, American and National divisions in 2016, Blue, Red and White in 2017 and 2018, and a single undivided league from 2019 onward as the numbers came down.
Everything the league keeps sits on a rented host with a hit counter at the bottom. A High Cheese league page puts the standings, the schedule and every roster at an address the league owns, which for an organisation with seventeen seasons already recorded is the difference between an archive and a tenancy.
