Who the Kings County Monarchs are
The Kings County Monarchs are an adult baseball club in the Pancho Coimbre Baseball League, Central Park, New York City.
The league was founded in 1959 by Jose Calderon and his wife Candita, and calls itself one of the longest continuously running independently operated amateur baseball leagues in the United States and, it argues, anywhere.
Everything published about the Kings County Monarchs is the league's, and High Cheese gives the club an address of its own.
