The rules the Portland Cavaliers play under
The Portland Cavaliers play under the Northwest Independent Baseball League rule book.
This is wood bat baseball with umpires, helmets, catcher's gear and pine tar, and the league's FAQ opens by insisting it is not softball.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
