The paperwork behind the Portland Beavers
The paperwork Portland Beavers deal with belongs to the Northwest Independent Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
Registration for the tryout and draft is the one form a player fills in.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
