How to join the Pacific Pirates
Players do not sign up with Pacific Pirates directly. They register with the Northwest Independent Baseball League, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
Individual players never pay the league. A manager pays one balance and collects from his own players.
Somebody who wants the Pacific Pirates specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
