The paperwork behind the Pacific Pirates
The paperwork Pacific Pirates deal with belongs to the Northwest Independent Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
No rule book or waiver is published on the site.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
