Who the Mariners are
The Mariners are an adult baseball club in the Northern Illinois Men's Baseball League, northern Illinois.
The directory carries two rows under this name in the Northern Illinois Men's Baseball League. This is the first, and the league's site cannot be read to tell them apart.
HomeTeamsOnline stopped answering, and every club on it stopped having a website. That is thirty-one clubs in this league alone, the Mariners among them.
Its account identifier is a person's first name and five digits, which is what a league looks like when one volunteer signed it up.
A club that goes dark when a database does is a club with no public existence, and High Cheese gives the Mariners one that does not depend on it.
