Wood bat, eighteen and over
The Junior Ghosts play under New Jersey Amateur Baseball League rules. The league is 18+ and plays with wood bats across its competitive tiers, which it describes as three competitive wood leagues balanced by talent.
Age minimums are eighteen for the main structure, thirty-five and forty-five for the Legends divisions.
Rules that decide what bat a Junior Ghosts hitter picks up belong beside the schedule, and High Cheese puts them together.
