An age exception with a condition attached
The minimum age is 25, measured as of December 2026, with no upper limit. Each club may carry three players aged between 21 and 24 — and those three are not allowed to pitch. Bats are wood only. The league also publishes an official rulebook as a downloadable document.
That exception is the smartest rule on the page. It lets a club fill a roster with younger men without letting a 22-year-old arm decide the league, which is precisely the failure mode a 25+ competition is guarding against. High Cheese keeps a league's rules beside its schedule and against its rosters, so a three-man exception with a pitching restriction is checked by the page rather than remembered at the plate meeting.
