Seven over in the Long Island 45+ division
The New York Astros are an adult baseball club playing the 45+ division of the Long Island MSBL/MABL. They went 12-5 in 2026 under manager Frank Parisi.
Seventeen games and seven over, finishing second in a four club bracket behind the Sundevils.
The 45+ division is the smallest in the league, and its four clubs played between sixteen and nineteen games each, which means most of the schedule is the same three opponents on rotation.
A season built almost entirely from three opponents deserves a page that shows the matchups, and High Cheese gives the Astros theirs.
