Top of the Long Island 25+ division
The Greenlawn Cardinals are an adult baseball club playing the 25+ division of the Long Island MSBL/MABL. They went 13-5-1 in 2026 under manager Dave Silverman, the best record in the bracket.
Nineteen games and five defeats. The 25+ division is where adult baseball starts being played by people with jobs rather than by people between semesters, and winning it is a different problem from winning the 18+.
Greenlawn is a Suffolk County hamlet in Huntington, and this is one of four Cardinals sides spread across four age brackets in this league.
A division title that exists only as a percentage column is a thin record of a season, and High Cheese gives Greenlawn the page to keep the games that produced it.
