How to join the DC Whitecaps
Players do not sign up with DC Whitecaps directly. They register with the Laid Back Competitive Baseball League, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
They are one of seven clubs the directory carries for this league.
There is no club by club signup.
Somebody who wants the DC Whitecaps specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
