They build the fields
The league's giving is itemised by name. Members have built and renovated fields, raised money for youth programmes and supplied equipment at Westbury, Willowridge, Stratford, Smiley, Northbrook, Nimitz, Waltrip and Galena Park high schools, at Faith West Academy and at Kingwood College, working with the Global Sports Foundation among others. Most recently it played a central part in developing two brand-new diamonds at Harris County's Meyer Park, built to be leased out to schools, youth leagues and community organizations.
An adult league that leaves two public ballfields behind it has bought something more durable than a sponsorship. No commercial sponsor is named at league or team level. High Cheese carries sponsor placement on the league and team pages, so what this league already gives can be matched by businesses that want their name next to it.
