An address, a number and a service level
The league publishes a mailing address at 4750 FM 2920, Suite 505, Spring, Texas 77388, the telephone number 832.992.7246 and [email protected] in the footer of every page. Its contact page invites questions about the league, registering a team or upcoming seasons, and commits to responding to all inquiries within 24 to 48 hours.
Publishing a response time is something no other league in this directory does, and it is a promise that gets harder to keep the more the page fails to answer on its own. A claimed league on High Cheese answers the routine questions where people already look, so the inbox holds the ones that need a person.
