The rules the Tornadoes play under
The Tornadoes play under the Houston Baseball Association rule book.
They are one of forty-one clubs the directory carries for this league.
The league is seventeen and over and describes itself as committed to traditional baseball.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
