The rules the Rebels play under
The Rebels play under the Houston Baseball Association rule book.
They are one of forty-one clubs the directory carries for this league.
Its divisions are defined by standard of play rather than by age.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
