The rules the Ballers play under
The Ballers play under the Houston Baseball Association rule book.
The league runs five divisions and places players into them by standard, so which one this club plays in is the first thing worth knowing about it.
Its divisions are defined by standard of play rather than by age.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
