The office exists; the door does not
The board carries a Player Agent, which is a seat created specifically to place men who arrive without a team. There is no registration form, no fee, no deadline and no free agent listing published anywhere on the site.
So the league has thought harder about the problem than almost anyone here — it made it somebody's job — and a stranger still has to know to ring one of eight numbers on a contact page. A High Cheese free agent pool is that job made public: every unattached man visible to every manager, all season, with the Player Agent working a list instead of building one.
