They travel well
The league lists national titles alongside its own: the Fresno Grizzlies took the 18+ Arizona World Series in 2020 and again in 2022, NUTS won the 40+ in 2023 and the 40+ Open in 2024, and a 25+ Arizona World Series championship came back in 2025. At home, 2025 produced four champions — Fresno Blue Jays in Mountain, Tribe in Cactus, Dodgers in Legends and Angels in Hall of Fame.
Five national titles in six years is a serious record for a valley league, and it is the strongest argument this page makes for itself. High Cheese builds and runs each division's bracket off the standings the season already produced and keeps the winner attached to the year, so a Hall of Fame title in 2025 sits with the season that decided it.
