The rules the Rough Riders play under
The Rough Riders play under the Eugene Men's Senior Baseball League rule book.
They are one of 9 clubs the directory carries for this league.
No club publishes a rule of its own.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
