How to join the Phillies
Players do not sign up with Phillies directly. They register with the Eugene Men's Senior Baseball League, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
They are one of 9 clubs the directory carries for this league.
It invites people to start a club as readily as to join one.
Somebody who wants the Phillies specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
