The paperwork behind the Phillies
The paperwork Phillies deal with belongs to the Eugene Men's Senior Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The league takes players from Cottage Grove, Harrisburg, Pleasant Hill and Roseburg as well as Eugene and Springfield.
Nothing a club produced appears on the site.
A club with nothing of its own on paper has nothing to hand anybody, and High Cheese is where the Phillies would keep it.
