Eleven divisions in spring, seven in fall
Spring runs 18+, 18AA, 18A, 25+, 25AA, 25A, 35+, 40+, 50+, 55+, 60+ and a Metro Scout League. Fall runs 18+, 18AA, 18A, 25+, 35+, 40+ and 50+.
That is the most finely divided structure anywhere in this directory. The younger brackets are graded twice: 18+ is the open division, then 18AA and 18A sit below it by standard, and the same again at 25.
Sorting on both axes is the honest answer to a real problem. Age alone works above thirty-five; below it, ability varies far more than years do, and a league that mixes a former college pitcher with a man who last played in high school loses one of them.
A Metro Scout League sits alongside them, which no other league here runs.
High Cheese runs each division as its own season at one address, with its own schedule, table and roster.
