Five divisions, eighteen to fifty-eight
Austin Metro runs 18+, 28+, 38+, 48+ and 58+, and calls itself competitive adult baseball in Austin. Twenty-six clubs sit in those five brackets: three in the 18+, eight in the 28+, seven in the 38+, four in the 48+ and four in the 58+.
What sets it apart is not the size, it is what it shows you. The standings carry wins, losses, ties, current streak, runs scored, runs allowed and a points total for every club in every division, on the front page, without a login. Nothing else in this directory comes close.
That is a league already doing the work High Cheese exists to make easier. The difference is where the numbers come from: on High Cheese a result entered once produces the table, the run differential and every player's line at the same time, instead of somebody maintaining five tables by hand.
