35 points, Class B
The Delano Athletics play under Minnesota Baseball Association rules rather than a code of their own. The MBA grades them at 35 classification points, which is Class B.
Population 12, players 8, success 15. The association shows its working, and a club that starts winning moves out of Class B whether it wants the promotion or not.
Thirty-five points is the top of Class B in this set, level with a club already playing Class A.
The criteria that set Delano at 35 points are three clicks into an association site, which is two more than High Cheese needs.
