Through the league
Registration for Peacocks runs through the Cleveland MSBL rather than the club. LeagueLineup carries the league's online forms, and a player signs up to the league and is placed.
Placement is the league's decision, so choosing Peacocks specifically is not something the form asks about.
Being placed by a league office is fine until you have a club in mind, and High Cheese lets Peacocks recruit for themselves.
