The league's forms
Every document behind Peacocks is the Cleveland MSBL's: online forms, handouts and waivers, all under the league's own menu on LeagueLineup.
The forms menu is where a player signs up and never returns.
The paperwork Peacocks actually hand a player belongs to Peacocks, and High Cheese is where it lives.
