Who the Hooks are
The Hooks are an adult baseball club in the Cincinnati Adult Baseball League, Cincinnati, Ohio.
The Hooks are one of twenty-eight clubs in this league whose name came from somewhere other than the major leagues.
The Cincinnati Adult Baseball League rents its site from HomeTeamsOnline under an account called CINCYABL. Every request to it returns an error page instead.
Cincinnati had the first fully professional baseball club in the country, and its adult league now has no readable website.
Whatever the Hooks did this summer is unreadable today, and a High Cheese page is where a club keeps the record itself rather than renting it.
