In the city where it started
Cincinnati had the first fully professional baseball club in the country. A hundred and fifty-seven years later its adult league has a dot-org domain, a platform account reading CINCYABL, and no website.
Every request to it ends at a black page with white lettering: HomeTeamsONLINE.com - Error. An error occurred while attempting to connect to the webpage you requested.
The platform is down entirely, so the fault is not Cincinnati's and neither is the fix.
Which is the point. A league in the birthplace of professional baseball should not be one company's database outage away from having no public existence at all. A High Cheese league page renders the schedule, the standings and every roster at an address the league owns, and keeps answering on the days somebody else's server does not.
