Who the Woodpeckers are
The Woodpeckers are an adult baseball club in Chicagoland Roy Hobbs Baseball, the Chicago area, Illinois.
The Woodpeckers are one of sixteen clubs in this league whose name came from somewhere other than the major leagues.
The league's whole site sits inside one account on HomeTeamsOnline. The platform is down, so there is nothing to read about the Woodpeckers anywhere.
A club that goes dark when a database does is a club with no public existence, and High Cheese gives the Woodpeckers one that does not depend on it.
