The rules the Cobras play under
The Cobras play under the Central North Carolina MSBL rule book.
The Cobras publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
With an 18+ competition and a Classic Division in the same league, a single book has to carry a lot of exceptions, and how it handles that is the interesting question the plain page cannot answer.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
