Who runs the Cobras
The Central North Carolina MSBL publishes no officers for Cobras. Who manages the club is known to its players and to nobody else.
The Cobras publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
Declaring a board at all puts this league in a small minority here.
The person who knows everything about the Cobras will stop turning up eventually, and naming the officers on High Cheese takes a minute before that happens.
