The rules the Astros play under
The Astros play under the Central North Carolina MSBL rule book.
The Astros are one club of 31 the directory carries for this league with no site of their own.
The league keeps a Rules and Regulations section covering the whole organization rather than a rulebook per division.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
