The paperwork behind the Astros
The paperwork Astros deal with belongs to the Central North Carolina MSBL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Astros play out of Raleigh, NC.
No waiver, bylaws or field agreement renders.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
