Four divisions, thirty-one clubs
The CNCMSBL runs an 18+ Division of eleven clubs, a 32+ of seven, a 50+ of six and a Classic Division of seven.
The 18+ is Brews, Blue Jays, Bulldogs, Calf Fries, Cardinals, Flying Squirrels, Raleigh Oaks, Rattlers, Tigers, Tri-Sox and Trash Pandas. The 32+ is Alamance Giants, Athletics, Bulldogs, Raleigh Red Sox, Raleigh Braves, Sanford Marlins and Team Ghost. The 50+ is Alamance Giants, Carolina Rockies, Gray Marlins, Holly Springs Senators, Team Ghost and Yankees. The Classic Division is Astros, Braves, Bulls, Cobras, Colt 45s, Dodgers and Red Sox.
Calf Fries and Trash Pandas in the same league as a club called Team Ghost, which fields sides in two different age divisions, is a fair summary of how adult baseball names itself.
High Cheese runs four divisions as four competitions at one address, with their own schedules, tables and rosters.
