The rules the Cubs play under
The Cubs play under the Central Arkansas Men's Senior Baseball League rule book.
The Cubs publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
What the league adds locally is not readable on the plain page.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
