Who runs the Cubs
The Central Arkansas Men's Senior Baseball League publishes no officers for Cubs. Who manages the club is known to its players and to nobody else.
The Cubs are one club of 9 the directory carries for this league with no site of their own.
No officers, board or commissioners are listed, though somebody has kept an all-time standings table since 1989.
The person who knows everything about the Cubs will stop turning up eventually, and naming the officers on High Cheese takes a minute before that happens.
