The paperwork behind the Cubs
The paperwork Cubs deal with belongs to the Central Arkansas Men's Senior Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Cubs publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
Putting the year on the waiver is a small discipline that matters: elsewhere in this directory sites carry undated paperwork and, in one case, registration instructions eleven years old sitting beside current ones.
A club with nothing of its own on paper has nothing to hand anybody, and High Cheese is where the Cubs would keep it.
