Who the Recruits are
The Recruits are an adult baseball club in the 18+ division of the Austin Metro Baseball League, Austin, Texas.
They finished 3-13-2 across eighteen games, third of three on winning percentage, and were outscored by 65 runs.
The league's own pitch is that it is not pickup baseball: former professional, college and varsity players, paid umpire crews and booked fields.
The Austin Metro Baseball League owns the page 3-13-2 is printed on, and High Cheese gives the Recruits one of their own.
