Who the Mariners are
The Mariners are an adult baseball club in the 58+ division of the Austin Metro Baseball League, Austin, Texas.
They finished 12-3 across fifteen games, second of four on winning percentage, and outscored their opponents by 95 runs.
The league's own pitch is that it is not pickup baseball: former professional, college and varsity players, paid umpire crews and booked fields.
The Austin Metro Baseball League owns the page 12-3 is printed on, and High Cheese gives the Mariners one of their own.
