The rules the Express play under
The Express play under the Austin Metro Baseball League rule book for the 48+ division.
The Express finished 10-7-1 in the 48+ division.
The league publishes Spanish reading assistance for the rule book and states plainly that the English text is the controlling one.
The 48+ rule set is the one that governed all 18 of these games, and High Cheese keeps it where a player checking one thing mid-season will actually find it.
