The rules the Astros play under
The Astros play under the Austin Metro Baseball League rule book for the 48+ division.
The Astros came out of the season -97 on runs.
The league publishes Spanish reading assistance for the rule book and states plainly that the English text is the controlling one.
A rule book read once in April decides eighteen games, and High Cheese puts it beside the schedule instead of behind a download.
