Four games from the weekend
The league publishes recent results on its home page. Four games from August 5 and 6 are up, among them the Mesa Miners losing 22-4 to the ValleyCats.
Read that beside the league's own run rules, which end a game at 20 after 6, and the score tells you it went at least six innings before the gap opened, or that it ended right on the rule. Either way it is the kind of detail a final score alone cannot settle.
High Cheese scores the game itself, inning by inning at the field and offline if the signal drops, so a 22-4 is a game somebody can read rather than a number that raises a question.
