The rules the Rockies play under
The Rockies play under the Alamo MSBL rule book for the 28+ division.
The Rockies scored 61 runs across the season and allowed 139.
The division a club plays in is the rule that decides most about it.
A rule book read once in April decides twelve games, and High Cheese puts it beside the schedule instead of behind a download.
